ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Deliver the Michigan Agricultural Environmental Assurance Program (MAEAP) by:
   1. Providing on-farm, one-on-one technical assistance, using farm specific risk assessments;
   2. Conducting education and promotion of MAEAP and ground and surface water protection using displays, newsletters, group presentations, demonstrations, public service announcements, news releases, radio programs and other means;
   3. Developing conservation or emergency management plans for producers;
   4. Assisting producers with the implementation of conservation practices;
   5. Coordinating abandoned well closures;
   6. Maintaining client

3. Provides timely reports and updates to the Monroe Conservation District Board of
4. Completes and submits regular reports to MDARD.

6. Completes other essential activities as required by MDARD grant
